general Policies:

-Classes will be 50 min in length in order to give us time to escort students back to families and disinfect/set-up equipment between each class. Do not drop off students early; wait to let previous classes dismiss completely, and wait for staff to open doors afterwards to indicate when students are allowed inside. *Students with two or more classes in a row may go directly to their next class during the 10 min break.

-Families may sit in the lobby and watch through the glass, remain outside in vehicles, or run errands, and all are also welcome to watch classes at the live-streaming camera links at dancemission.org . Just click on the appropriate studio link (Dream, Believe, or Shine) at class times to watch from wherever you are.

-Students should be dropped off outside the door closest to their dance floor. We have two front entrances (for Dream and Believe studios) and one side entrance (for Shine studio). Classes with the assigned studios are listed on our class schedule at dancemission.org/classes. Or please call/text ahead of time if you are unsure of which studio entrance to use.

-For classes using mats, silks, or other equipment, students and staff will clean them with disinfectant wipes or spray at the end of class.

-Students and staff should not come in if exhibiting any symptoms of sickness. Those exhibiting symptoms will be sent home.

-TUITION is due on the 1st of each month. Emailed invoices with a link to pay online will be sent to families 10 days prior to the 1st of each month. Credit cards, debit cards, ACH debits, etc. can be used to complete online transactions by the 1st of the month. Tuition covers 4 weeks of classes; some months may have 5, some months 3, your tuition always stays the same regardless.

-ABSENCES for any reason, can be made up by attending a different age-appropriate group class on the schedule. Tuition will not be adjusted for absences, and pro-rating will only be considered on the initial month of enrollment.

-WEATHER & HOLIDAY CLOSINGS will be decided by the studio and will NOT be related to any school district's schedule of closings. Weather-related closings will be text to affected families and posted on social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok). Tuition covers 4 weeks of classes; some months may have 5, some months 3, your tuition always stays the same regardless.
